Terms of Service
1) SEND Education For All LTD works solely in the area of Special educational needs. We provide support for meetings, Support plans, EHCNAs, EHCPs, Appeals and mediation. We provide support as a representative up until hearing dates but do not represent at Tribunals.

2) SEND Education For All LTD Staff are not legally qualified unless stated. All staff will have gained all 3 levels in the IPSEA Law training and will have extensive knowledge and life experience in supporting their own families and other families within the area of SEN.

3) SEND Education For All LTD staff will support and advise you to ensure that you are able to make informed, accurate and timely decisions regarding your Child/ Young person’s education.

4) SEND Education For All LTD staff believes that it is not our job to tell you what to do but to advise you of all options. It is down to you what advice you choose to take, and failure to act upon advice or promptly respond to communication, education for all will not be held responsible.
​
5) SEND Education For All LTD staff will not advise anyone on any matters that are out of their expertise; if you need advice that is not within our expertise, then we will signpost you to a service that would be able to support you.
​
6) SEND Education For All LTD will communicate mostly via email. We do not accept responsibility for any errors or problems that may occur through email. You will bear all the risks associated with using email; if you do not wish to accept this risk, you must notify us in writing that email is not an acceptable form of communication.
​
7) SEND Education For All LTD offers packages relating to different processes within the SEN education system. Each is costed on the website and payable at the booking point. If anyone requires the case management service, this will be billed on the hourly rate and invoiced weekly. If there are 2 outstanding invoices, then services will cease until they are cleared.
​
8) This policy must be read in conjunction with our Cookie and Privacy Policies.
​
9) SEND Education For All LTD withholds the right to terminate any services if you are found to be in breach of these terms and conditions.
​
10) Limited case management packages are available.
​
11) Payment is made at the time of booking.
​
12) Once booking is completed there is a 14-day cooling off period. After the cooling off period, refunds cannot be issued. You can not receive a full refund within the 14-day cooling of period if work has commence.

13) SEND Education For LTD All can not guarantee that the outcome to any service is the one that you are wanting, we can only work with what we have to gain the best possible outcome.
​
14) Each service that you book details what is involved within the package, this is what will be provided.
​
15) SEND Education For LTD All are registered with the ICO.
​
16) SEND Education For All LTD is fully insured.
​
17) SEND Education For All LTD advocates are DBS checked.
​
18) SEND Education For LTD All is a remote only service.
​
19) By booking and paying for a service you are agree to all the above terms and conditions.
